Berkhamsted is an historic market town in the Chiltern Hills offering good shopping, and cultural facilities. Numerous clubs and societies are available.

The town lies on the A41 between London and Aylesbury, seven miles from Junction 8 of the M1 at Hemel Hempstead and nine miles from Junction 20 of the M25 at Kings Langley.

Berkhamsted station is on the mainline from London to Glasgow and is 35 minutes away from London Euston, with frequent trains.

There are three local taxi services.

Accommodation

Four ground floor and four first floor apartments. Each apartment is totally self-contained, with two bedrooms (or a bedroom and a study), sitting room, kitchen and shower/bathroom. There is a lift, which is maintained regularly.

Outside, there is a gravelled turning and parking area with one reserved parking space per apartment and mature communal gardens, all well fenced.
